The "Magnetraction" systems approach to
stress is a mind, body and spirit approach. The first
step is to deal with the spirit
portion. In this lesson, you will learn how your
subconscious mind has mental "programs", of
which some
are "lies" about you. These "lies" create your
stress and may be responsible for "attracting" negative
people and events into your life. You will learn about
these lies, where
they came from, and most importantly, how to reprogram
your subconscious mind with positive ways of reacting
and responding to stressful situations. As a result, you
are more likely to "attract" more positive and uplifting
people and events into your life.
